Any Plot With A Legally Clear Title And Approved Plot Layout Is Entitled To An Independent 7/12 Document. The Plot Layout Is Eligible For An Individual 7/12 Title If It Has The Necessary Stamping Of The Concerned Government Authorities And Approvals From Town Planning. In The Absence Of These Documents, This Investment Is Risky And Not Advisable.

Land Investments Done Within City Limits Should Be Clearly Declared As NA Plots And If Not So, Should Be Converted To The Same Promptly. Initially Before Purchasing The Land, The Necessary Paperwork To Be Checked For Are Government NOC’s For Electricity (MSEB), Water Supply Etc. This Is The Key To Realising Whether The Land Can Be Converted To NA Or Not.
