Its business, that drove us to Singapore…

Trigger was Property exhibition… But we have firmly started thinking about Singapore as next destination to explore.It was my second visit to Singapore

                As same thought process attracted  likeminded people  as Vinit Deo, from there we got connected to Mayuresh Godse (pakka puneri manus in Singapore .He speaks assakhalit marathi more than puneris in pune). He has been in Singapore for quite a long,successful entrepreneur…

                 He has connected us to enthusiastic group of Maharashtra Mandal…Its most happening ,helping group in marathi mandals I ever met. We have been 6 days with them.Each day was memorable and not give us chance to feel home sick.  Great Maharashtrian  food.  Everyone was very courteous  to ask if anything we want…Visited URA urban Redevelopment Authority ,they have created model and minute planning of how Singapore will look like 20 years from now.

          Property expo was on weekend, met number of South Indian entrepreneurs  there. One thing observed – people are very polite here. They politely say No and still wish all the best. People are very focused what they want, not just walking the path.

                In this second visit met many new maharashtrian  faces.Visited Mustafa-  saw empire that Indian has created  in 20 years  by  selling umbrellas  20 years before.  He has created biggest Indian shopping centre  in Singapore.  I was amazed to see it… Tasted  many new dishes during visit. Saw local house called Condominium as Rajashree Lele  invited  us on dinner.

                We have decided to form a company to make selling process easier, It took only one day to Incorporate as there. Its fast processing . Our local CA was very efficient. Overall feel good to meet and work with great and efficient people.
