Dr. Naresh Bharde, is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Director of the Excellence Group of Companies. He started the group in October 2008, with his initial team of 5 Directors.

In addition to being Group Chairman, Dr. Naresh is also the President of the Dhyas Social Foundation, the foundation stone of the entire group formed keeping in mind the base core value of the Company, which is Social Compassion – To give back to society without expecting anything in return.

He spearheads the leadership as Chairman and Managing Director also of the key group Companies Excellence Shelters Pvt. Ltd, specializing in Real Estate and Excellence I.T. Solutions Pvt. Ltd. specializing in high end Information Technology Products and Services across the Indian Sub continent, North East Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America.

Dr. Naresh has formidable experience in the field of Agriculture, Real Estate and Information Technology. His forte remains in fulfilling dreams of the Common Man through Excellence and has ensured that this thought process percolates and comes alive in the day to day working of the Excellence Group of Companies and its Social Foundation, Dhyas. Dr. Naresh obtained his Ph.D. in Agriculture from the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (PUSA), New Delhi.

Dr. Bharde was felicitated with Rajiv Gandhi Shiromani Award for his outstanding service to the nation. He also received Mother Teresa Award in 2014, Chrysalis Entrepreneurs Forum Best Innovation Award in 2015 and Udayonmukh Utkrishta Udyojak award in 2015 and was felicitated by Rotary Club at the Rotary International District 3131 at Goa Conference 2015 for his contribution to the industry.
