-Residential home:Common man will buy if needed else will rent.Some may work on good house space considering work from home and plan for small home office.
-Commercial:many companies switching to Work from home,companies will switch to smaller promises or less rental properties
-Land:Many options will be available for buyers,they have to look at opportunity.Land renting will be new option available.
Constructing bungalow on land near city,living more in pure nature will be priority.
2.Opportunity Cost:
Some will surely take advantage of opportunities available in market not just rate but with location benefit.
3.Hard Fact-Analyse before you buy:
Smart customers will map their goals and link to real estate investment.Most of us have already analysed investments they have made and where those are standing in market.
But Covid has forced us to map these investments to life goals
4.Sell if not contributing to your life goal:
If any of real estate investment not meeting your life goal,you will think of selling.Its very rational decision.
