It was in the year 2008 that Dr. Naresh Bharde with other visionaries started the Excellence Group to support the social cause through Dhyas Foundation. Excellence Shelters Pvt Ltd was inception later in the year with the main aim to support the cause of the group and to provide customer centric services in the real estate sector.

We buy agricultural land at the most convenient and strategic locations and convert it into NATP sanctioned plots for sale to investors. We then develop, beautify and landscape our sites, which are then converted into NA plots or projects for residence. The company initially started its business from Solapur as it identified the potential market and now is gradually spreading the business to other parts of Maharashtra. We have already started acquiring the land for sale in Maharashtra and developing it for future projects.
